Monday weight = 122.4Kg

In goes

BREAKFAST 600g
LUNCH 328g
SWEETS 105g
DINNER 406g
BREAD 200g (had an end of a loaf before bed, about 200g)

Total Food = 1639g

Tuesday Morning weight (9am) 122.3Kg = A weight Loss of 100g

A 100g Loss… Small steps are okay when they are in the right direction.

When I set my 3Kg target that was after looking at my weight loss after 3 hours of activity. That is clearly too big a margin. Yesterday was more like a normal day for me, I ate 1.6Kg of food and lost 100g

So if you remember my BMLR was 60g/h, so in 24 hours that is 1.44Kg So I think that looks like a better target. Today I’ll plan on 1.4Kg of food only.
