I know what you are thinking, what happened to Monday and Tuesday?

I had eaten quite late on Monday and the weight had jumped back to 121.0g, where it has remained for both Tuesday and this morning.

I’ve been a little preoccupied so haven’t been able to find time for the blog, but I’m back on course again now.

This morning (Wednesday) was 121.0g

154g Beetroot sarnies
400g Beans & Sausages on Bread (6 slices of buttered bread in total)

So today’s food 1150(ish)g
