Well it’s called the Junk Food Diet and no food is excluded, but sweets? Well, exactly you can! The whole point of this diet is that things you like are controlled, but not banned. I have 2000g left today, this counts for 105g in total.. it just brings my limit down to 1895g.

Lunch (Monday)

I was expecting the soup to be 200g, it was half a tin, leftover from yesterday. I must not have halved it right. I had 2400g remaining on my plan, this now comes down to 2072 g, (I’ll call it 2000g).
