Wings issues ‘self-service update’ to buffet-loving customers

Wing’s International Cuisine has issued a “self-service update” to its customers

Better known simply as Wings, the Hull restaurant is renowned for its all you can eat buffet, which many customers have missed throughout the pandemic.

But now, the management has revealed that “the buffet is back”.

Sharing an update on Facebook, it said: “In order to maintain everyone’s safety, we ask for customers cooperation whilst accessing the food counters.

“Help us keep everyone safe by wearing a face covering, following the one-way system, frequently sanitising your hands and wearing disposal gloves when at the food stations. Sanitiser gel and gloves will be provided by our staff.”

It added: “Alternatively, customers can make use of our table service via their smartphone, or you can order your food through a member of staff.

“Please note, we will not be serving any alcohol in the restaurant for the time being. Thank you all for understanding.”

It comes after Hull Live told last month how Wing’s International Cuisine had announced it is reopening on May 17, but with big Covid-safe changes that have left customers dissatisfied.
