It’s almost time to raid our wardrobe’s for our best wigs, and face paint ahead of Halloween 2021.
While last year’s Halloween events were cancelled due to coronavirus restrictions, this year there is an extra reason to celebrate with the spooky event falling on a weekend.
Between Friday October 29, and Sunday October 31, there are some fantastic events planned in pubs, bars and clubs across Hull.
We take a look at what is on offer:
UV Rave Party
Starting of the spooky Saturday, October 30, 00’s Bar in Witham are hosting a UV rave party.
The five-and-a-half hour event is a costume-must party, and is free to attend.
You will get free UV paint and free glow sticks on the dancefloor.
The bar will be open from 8pm until 1.30am, and you could even win a prize for wearing the best costume.

Disco of the Dead
Piper is hosting an event inspired by the Mexican Day of The Day.
The Disco of the Dead will start from 10pm, as customers will immerse in a scare fest.
Expect to see:
- Full club décor
- Zombie killers
- Stage show & dancers
- Live music
- Fire throwers
- Stilt walkers

The Halloween Project
Calling all tequila lovers!
Another Day of the Dead inspired event is being hosted by House of Tequila at The Piper this Halloween, on Sunday October 31.
From 10pm until 3am you can enjoy a “scream fest into a wicked wonderland of enchantment and horror” at the popular Newland Avenue spot.
Customers can expect to see dancers, stilts, fire breathers, and giveaways.
Fancy dress is a must and there will be house, tech, bassline, and R&B music.
Carnival of the Dead
Throughout the whole of Halloween weekend you can enjoy carnival-inspired events at Atik, Princes Dock Street.
There will be an array of wild performers, DJ’s, and dancers.
Atik said: “The CARNIVAL OF THE DEAD promises to be our most spectacular event to date!”

Bongo’s Bingo B*Witched Special
Girl band B*Witched are coming to Hull this Halloween to host the hottest bingo game in the UK.
Bongo’s is back, and this time it not to be missed. The good thing about this event is that it kick starts your Halloween fun at noon so you can have a full day of costume-wearing, and bingo-playing fun.
The event will be held on Saturday October 30 at Asylum.

Pounded Halloween Special
Baker Street’s epic Fuel nightclub is hosting huge Halloween events this year.
But before getting to the big weekend, there is an extra special mid-week Halloween event on Wednesday.
From 11pm until 5am you could spend the night boogieing in costume.
Tickets are £5 per person which gets customers into both Propaganda and Fuel all night.
Propaganda and Fuel kick start their weekend Halloween events on Saturday October 30.
The Halloween All-Nighter is expected to be a massive Halloween party, where customers pay just £6 entry.
The event is running from 10pm until 6am.
Propaganda’s Halloween Special
On Sunday October 31, Propaganda are hosting a blood-thirsty Halloween event
On their social media pages the hotspot said: “Propaganda gets a spooky transformation with the most horrifying drag queens and an atmosphere most sinister…”
Customers arriving before midnight will get free entrance, as well as students and hospitality staff will be able to enter free of charge.
Entrance fee for customers arriving after 12am has not been established.
