Celebrity chef duo The Hairy Bikers could be cooking up a a mouthwatering Christmas buffet for the lucky winners of a contest run by crisp manufacturer Tyrrells.
The pair have joined with the hand-cooked snack specialist again this year – but instead of creating a new flavour they have rustled up some special Christmas recipes inspired by the crisps themselves.
From mini steak Yorkshire puddings with Tyrrells British beef & ale crisps to gin and tonic infused fish goujons alongside Tyrrell’s sea salt & cider vinegar crisps, the mouth-watering masterpieces will be available on the Tyrrells Facebook page in the run up to Christmas for people to try at home.
The competition closes on November 21.
Tyrrells has also introduced a new pack design to add a festive flavour to familiar images by using a snow globe on its packaging.
Beth Minch, marketing manager, said: “Tyrrells is the perfect premium snack to share with family and friends over the festive season.
“Our quintessentially British crisps range is perfect for any premium sharing occasion, with many shoppers looking to trade up over the Christmas period.
“Tyrrells has performed extremely strongly in Premium Crisps and Snacks. The Christmas makeover will deliver a premium and special consumer snacking experience”.
