Netflix disaster-movie for Christmas Eve stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Ariana Grande and Meryl Streep

Twas the night before Christmas when Netflix decided to drop 2021’s biggest movie and it’s positively glittering with stars!

You’ve wrapped the presents and hung the stockings.

You might say it’s now “peak Christmas” and now all you need is the perfect film.

Will it be It’s a Wonderful Life? Or Home Alone? Or maybe this year it’s time for something different to ring in Christmas Day?

Well if so, may we suggest the incoming Netflix biggest-role-call-of-celebs-in-a-movie-we’ve-ever-seen, Don’t Look Up?

Why not snuggle up this Christmas Eve and watch what happens when a comet is found to be on a collision course with Earth?

Sounds cosy to us!

Don’t Look Up is released on Netflix on December 24th and the synopsis says: “Kate Dibiasky (Jennifer Lawrence), an astronomy grad student, and her professor Dr. Randall Mindy (Leonardo DiCaprio) make an astounding discovery of a comet orbiting within the solar system. The problem — it’s on a direct collision course with Earth. The other problem? No one really seems to care.”

We would watch that anyway, to be fair.

But a quick peek at the preview and we couldn’t believe how many super-stars are in this movie.

Not only does it star DiCaprio (our boyfriend), and our best mate Jennifer Lawrence but the cast also includes: movie royalty Meryl Streep, the hilarious Jonah Hill, queen of style Cate Blanchett, biggest pop-star in the world Ariana Grande and media-mogul Tyler Perry.

Thanks, Netflix. We wish there was something we could give you .
